Dr. Agarwal was trained at Medanta the Medicity under Dr. Ambrish Mithal, country’s top Endocrinologist where he did his Fellowship in Advanced Diabetology & Endocrinology. He is MRCPS (Member of the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Glasgow, UK) and has been conferred the prestigious FRCP from The Royal College of Physicians, Edinburgh, UK.

He has also completed Fellowship in Diabetology (Royal Liverpool Academy, UK) and has Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Endocrinology & Diabetes by the Royal College of Physicians (RCP), UK. His work experience in past includes working as Attending Consultant, Endocrinology & Diabetes at Medanta the Medicity and presently is Senior Consultant Diabetes & Endocrinology with Max Super Specialty Hospital Panchsheel Park (New Delhi) and Max Hospital Gurgaon.

He has been author of book chapters, various academic papers and original research published in reputed medical journals, well cited for recognition by colleagues working in same fields. He has been participating actively in various CME programs as invited speaker on different platforms including webinars, as teaching is his passion, whether be in field of Diabetes and Obesity, or research methodology & epidemiology.

Dr. Agarwal’s areas of special interest are Diabetes, Obesity and Thyroid diseases. He is a well read and sincere doctor who believes in treating his patients with the best available evidence based management combined with compassionate care.
